IIT JAM PHYSICS
The Indian Institute of Technology’s (IIT) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) are a group of an esteemed, world-renowned, educational institute, funded by the Indian Government. Besides being revered for their technical innovation in the engineering sector, they are also renowned for their courses in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Biotechnology and Biological Sciences.
Entry into these prestigious institutions is regulated by a challenging entrance test. The IIT JAM entrance exams are designed to test a candidate’s aptitude for the subject and are heavily depended on the theoretical and quantitative understanding of the subject as a whole.
ABOUT THE COURSE
The IIT’s and IISc has a world class course for Masters in Physics: the M.S. Physics course. EXAM PATTERN
From JAM 2018 onward, the test will be conducted online. Candidates will be required to answer the questions by using a computer system.
SYLLABUS
The syllabus for the IIT JAM Physics is deceptively short and nondescript consisting of topics from Classical Mechanics to Quantum Mechanics. The level of sums that are asked are intuitive and here at Sourav Sir’s Classes, we teach students to adapt to this pattern change.
